1. How to Initiate a Return:
    Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.
    To initiate a return or exchange request, please visit https://theaars.returnscenter.com/ and provide your Order ID and Email ID used for the order.
    Ensure to upload at least 3 images for us to assess the product's condition. Requests without images will not be entertained.
    Please note, any exchange or return request made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
    Once your return/exchange request is successfully submitted, our team will monitor it, and upon meeting all conditions, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up.

  2. Items Not Eligible for Return: Please note that certain products are not eligible for return, including:

    • Products returned without all original packaging and included items.
    • Items that have been worn or washed.

We may request images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange Requests:

  • All items must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Size exchanges are allowed under the Exchange Policy, subject to serviceability by our Logistics team.
  • If your purchase included a free gift/offer, both the main item and the free product must be returned.

Refund:

  1. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed and credited to your account within 15-20 working days from the date of the courier being received at our warehouse. Please note:
    • Any shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
    • If the total order value, after return, is below Rs. 2000, shipping charges Rs.150 will be deducted from the refund value.
