1. Delivery Time: Orders received by 9:00 am are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 9:00 am or on non-working days are dispatched the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location. Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of ordering.

  3. Additional Taxes and Fees: All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the order price.

  4. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, you can return or exchange it within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please visit https://theaars.com.returnscenter.com/ to place a return or exchange request. Ensure to upload at least 3 images to analyze the product's condition. Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. Once the request is approved, our team will arrange for a reverse pick-up.

Important Conditions for Return/Exchange Requests:

  • All items must be unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Size exchanges are allowed, subject to serviceability by our Logistics team.
  • If the main item came with a gift/offer, both items must be returned.
